Job Description

Design & Drafting

Lead the creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Translate sketches concepts and client requirements into production-ready designs
Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing
Ensure all drawings meet technical manufacturing and quality standards

Operations & Process Improvement

Own and maintain drawing standards templates and best practices
Ensure accuracy consistency and efficiency across all design outputs
Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows and execution
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and distributors
Coordinate design requirements and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain clear professional communication across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

3-5 years experience
Producing full drawing sets (WSDs)
3-5 SolidWorks AutoCAD required
Preferred IT experience
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Additional Information :

Salary: $70000-$75000
