You must also:

  • Be fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken).
  • Hold a Texas law license in good standing.
  • Have 5+ years of immigration law experience with proven mastery in:
  • Asylum, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture
  • Cancellation of Removal (EOIR-42A & EOIR-42B)
  • U-Visas
  • Adjustment of Status (Green Cards)
  • Consular Processing
  • Naturalization
  • DACA
  • EADs
  • Advanced Parole requests
  • I-751s
  • Work Visas
  • Business Immigration experience is a plus
  • Successfully lead and manage legal support teams.
  • Possess superior writing skills and persuasive legal arguments.
  • Be tech-savvy and detail-obsessed (you spot errors others miss).
  • Thrive in high-stakes settings like courtrooms and interviews.
  • Have a proven track record of winning cases .
  • Show up — on time, every time — with focus and energy.
