Job Description

Georgetown Toyota is looking for a Sales Representative to add to their team in Georgetown. 

Our Sales Representativesare responsible for selling and leasing new & pre-owned vehicles and trucks while creating lasting relationships with customers. 

Purchasing a vehicle is an exciting time! The Sales Representativewill walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing vehicle prices and educating customers on vehicle inventory. 

This opportunity is suitable for an energetic, self-motivated, customer-focused individual looking to take their career to the next level. No dealership experience required!

Pay: Commission-based ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 a year.

Job Duties:

  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for customers. 
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. 
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.
  • Plan and implement sales-incentive programs.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

  • Valid OMVIC License.
  • Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous dealership experience in dealership environment is considered an asset. 
  • Leadership ability and team building skills.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and OneEighty CRM is an asset.
  • Well-developed problem solving skills.
