The Nurse Manager of Surgery will lead within an advanced Operating Room, also known as Surgical Services and Perioperative Services, engineered for complex cases across multiple specialties and coordinated seamlessly with pre-op, PACU, anesthesia, and sterile processing; serves the community with comprehensive services, including specialized emergency, pediatric, and intensive care units for adults, children, and newborns, as well as dedicated women's, maternity, cardiac, and neurological services. The Nurse Manager of Operating Room Perioperative Services will help optimize surgeon block utilization, drive throughput, and champion standardized protocols that enhance safety, efficiency, and patient experience across the surgery continuum.
