Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in enabling high‑performing, empowered product teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Operations and embedded within a specific product area, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to shape and scale best‑practice ways of working across the product lifecycle.

This is a highly influential individual contributor role where you will combine hands‑on coaching with organizational-level impact. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with cross‑functional product teams, excels at coaching and facilitation, and is comfortable leading change in complex, evolving environments.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with cross ‑ functional product teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support teams in implementing sustainable change.
  • Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices in impactful ways.
  • Conduct product maturity assessments to benchmark, track, and support team development over time.
  • Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong “minimum viable process” mindset).
  • Provide hands ‑ on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed.
  • Surface actionable insights and recommendations from “on the ground” observations to Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
  • Strengthen feedback loops within teams, between teams and leadership, and with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of practices that enable learning and adaptability..

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross ‑ functional product teams.
  • Background in product operations, agile coaching, or similar roles; experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles.
  • Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus).
  • Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback.
  • Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best ‑ practice adoption.
  • Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem ‑ solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast ‑ paced, evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure engineering and SaaS product organizations is a plus.
