Duties

Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience within the food industry, particularly in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings
  • Banquet experience with a strong background in catering event management
  • Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety practices
  • Hands-on experience in food handling, cooking techniques, and food service operations
  • Prior restaurant management experience with a focus on hospitality excellence and operational efficiency
