Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations in our Miami facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to team success, and helping ensure that production processes run efficiently and effectively.

The Production Assistant will work closely with team members across multiple departments, assisting with production activities, maintaining organization, and supporting quality standards throughout the workflow.

Salary: $36,000 – $41,000 per year
Location: Miami, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and workflow coordination.
• Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for production tasks.
• Monitor production schedules and help maintain operational efficiency.
• Support quality control procedures and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Organize work areas and ensure a safe, clean, and productive environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory tracking and material management.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational protocols.
