Client Services | Point Loma, CA | Full Time and Part Time | From $18.00 to $22.00 per hour + commissions + tips

We’re looking for Estheticians who deliver exceptional client experiences through high-quality services, genuine connection, and the ability to help clients feel confident in their skin. You’ll perform efficient, results-driven treatments, support product and membership recommendations, and help maintain a warm, modern, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Service Excellence

  • Perform efficient, high-quality 40–50 minute services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, acne treatments (including Face Reality protocols), waxing, brow services, lash lifts, and more
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and consistent client experience from consultation to checkout
  • Analyze client skin concerns and confidently recommend appropriate services, treatment plans, and memberships
  • Maintain strong personal productivity, rebooking, and retention standards

Retail & Client Education

  • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products aligned with their goals
  • Drive retail and membership sales through confident, thoughtful, and personalized recommendations
  • Accurately document detailed client notes in Boulevard POS and support rebooking efforts

Studio Operations

  • Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and board-compliant protocols before, during, and after every service
  • Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times
  • Support studio upkeep including light housekeeping, laundry, restocking, and maintaining a polished environment
  • Assist Front Bar operations as needed to ensure seamless guest flow
  • Follow all timekeeping and operational procedures accurately
  • Attend required trainings, team meetings, and ongoing education sessions

Brand & Community Support

  • Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ professionally in-studio and at occasional local pop-ups or community events
  • Support in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Participate in Photo and Video content to be used on Social Media platforms.

What You Bring

  • California Esthetics License (required)
  • Education: High school or equivalent (required)
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends ( required)
  • Experience with advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow/lash services
  • Hospitality or high-touch customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • A passion for skincare and service excellence
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (stocking, inventory, light equipment setup)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, modern, high-volume environment
  • A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
