Job Description:  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the production process and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Assistant you will play a crucial part in supporting various stages of production ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the production team with setup and breakdown of equipment and materials
• Organize and maintain production schedules and documentation
• Support coordination between different departments to ensure timely workflow
• Monitor supplies and inventory ordering materials as needed
• Help with quality control checks throughout the production process
• Serve as a liaison for internal and external communication regarding production needs

Qualifications :

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in production or media is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and take initiative
