We are looking to hire a Dental Assistant who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in the Pediatric Dental field. This position would support our three Southwest Missouri offices in Springfield, Nixa, and Republic. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Present the patient to the doctor. * Clean the patient’s teeth. * Fluoride application * Take, expose and develop digital radiographs (bitewings, panoramic). * Provide hygiene and diet education. * Assist the dentist during treatment procedures in office or surgery center * Take impressions. * Review schedule to make sure appointments are scheduled appropriately. * Set-up and tear down dental chairs and operatory rooms. * Conduct consultations with parents discussing extensive treatment needs. * Clean and sterilize instruments. * Restock supplies in rooms and sterilization area. * Infection control & maintenance of OSHA guidelines. * Providing the highest level of care for multiple patients at the same time.
