Build smarter spaces for commercial clients in Williamsburg, VA

Role snapshot

• Own end-to-end AV installation: projectors, distributed audio, and video conferencing systems.
• Install and service security platforms: cameras, alarm systems, and access control.
• Perform site surveys, define requirements, and present practical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot AV/security issues and restore functionality quickly.
• Coordinate with teammates and customers to deliver on time and to spec.
• Provide user training and post-install support.
• Keep accurate records of installs, service calls, and repairs.

What you need to succeed

• Proven background in AV and security system install/maintenance.
• Technical fluency with AV equipment and electronic security technologies.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and follow-through.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work solo and collaborate within a team.
• Current driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Nice to have: CTS, NICET, or similar certifications.
