Job Description

: Openwork is assisting our valued northwest Austin in their search for a temporary Accounting Clerk. This 8 to 5 Monday through Friday role will use your excellent QB skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and love for organization and detail! This role is expected to last 1 to 2 months and is collaborative! Report to the controller, enter bills, send invoices, pull reports and other duties as requested. This small office is professional, positive and appreciative of all the staff members! Qualification:

• HS Diploma. (college is a plus)
• 3 yrs experience with QB Desktop.
• Advanced Excel knowledge & skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Positive, collaborative can-do attitude are greatly appreciated.

You'll be:

• Paid weekly.
• Be eligible for benefits, medical, dental, vision.
• Working in a business casual environment On-Site.
