Cradle-to-Grave | Proven Producers | Base salary: $70,000 - $125,000 , depending on experience and production history

THE ROLE

* 100% remote / work from home

* Prospecting, pricing, carrier negotiation, execution, and customer retention
* Run your desk like a business with autonomy and accountability

PERFORMANCE MATTERS HERE
Most Eligible Candidates Can Speak Clearly To

* Monthly and annual gross profit
* Average margin per load
* Size and stability of book of business
* Customer tenure and repeat volume
* Consistency across market cycles

$500K+ GP producers strongly preferred
$1M+ GP producers encouraged to apply
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

* 5+ years as a true cradle-to-grave freight broker
* Proven, measurable production history
* Experienced sales, negotiation, and customer management skills
* Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
* Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

Compensation
We pay elite brokers accordingly.

* Base salary: $70K - $125K, depending on experience and production history
* Plus generous commission structure
* Performance-based incentives
