SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations started in 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It is a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support and enhance our warehousing process. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily warehouse operations, supporting inventory accuracy, organizing shipments and deliveries, and helping ensure teams have what they need to work efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Maintain organized inventory layout to support efficient material flow
• Inventory Control & Accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records
• Shipping, Receiving & Documentation
• Verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
• Coordinate timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Team Leadership & Scheduling
• Assign daily tasks and support warehouse staff performance
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
• Safety & Equipment Oversight
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standard
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance
• Process Improvement & Efficiency
• Track warehouse KPIs and identify efficiency improvements
• Support cost reduction and workflow optimization initiatives
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with production, planning, and logistics teams
• Provide operational updates and support assigned projects

Requirements

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience in furniture, wood products, or similar industries is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience creating policies, procedures, and training materials
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality/ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
