Confidential Hybrid Paralegal Opportunity - Boston Area

A respected law firm in the Boston area is seeking a skilled Paralegal to support a newly hired partner as the practice continues to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful responsibility, and wants to work closely with senior attorneys.

The hiring team is prepared to move quickly and is open to Zoom interviews or a multi-step process depending on candidate preference.

About the Role

The firm is looking for a paralegal with approximately 5 years of experience who can step in and immediately support a busy partner and department. You'll enjoy a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote

Responsibilities

While duties may vary by practice group, typical responsibilities include:

Providing day-to-day paralegal support to a partner and team

Managing documents, filings, and case materials

Coordinating deadlines, calendars, and client communications

Assisting with drafting, formatting, and organizing legal documents

Supporting case preparation and department workflow

Ensuring accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through

This role is best suited for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate

5+ years of paralegal experience (law firm background preferred)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Comfortable working directly with attorneys and team members

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines

Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new systems

No specific certifications are required.
