TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN – Occupational/Employee Health for travel assignments in various healthcare and corporate settings. This role involves promoting and maintaining workplace health and safety by assessing, treating, and educating employees on occupational health risks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workplace wellness, injury prevention, and compliance with health regulations .

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations .
  • Manage workplace injuries and illnesses , ensuring appropriate care and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and workplace health regulations .
  • Educate employees on infection control, ergonomics, and injury prevention .
  • Maintain accurate medical records and health documentation .
  • Collaborate with HR and management on workplace health policies .
  • Travel to various healthcare and corporate locations as needed .

Qualifications

  • Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in occupational health, employee health, or related nursing fields .
  • Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills .
  • Certifications: BLS required; COHN (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) preferred .
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
