Job Description

I am partnered with a leading multi-disciplined consulting firm that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients and they are looking to add a Traffic Engineering Manager to their team. This candidate will play a lead role in the development and management of a variety of traffic operations and planning projects, including conducting corridor studies, freeway modeling, review of travel demand forecasting work, and traffic modeling and analysis of complex transportation systems.

Responsibilities:

Business development
Project Management - manage multi-disciplinary project teams and technical work for a wide range of complex traffic projects
Assist the group leadership in developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for the market including short and long-term action plans and financial goals

Required Experience:

6+ years of experience within traffic / transportation engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in WI or with the ability to obtain within 6 months
PTOE License preferred
Previous experience leading traffic engineering tasks, managing projects, and mentorship, growth and development opportunities for traffic engineering staff
Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and experience with traffic engineering software
