Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technical efforts for migrating EDSS from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve migration issues involving workflows, forms, and backend components.
• Analyze legacy SharePoint 2010 architecture and ensure compatibility with SharePoint Online.
• Modify, rebuild, or optimize workflows, scripts, forms, and integrations impacted by migration.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation, scripting, and remediation tasks during the migration process.
• Work as a subject matter expert (SME) to support application stability prior to SharePoint 2010 shutdown.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate functionality, conduct testing, and finalize production-ready solutions.
• Maintain documentation of changes, issues, resolutions, and best practices throughout the migration.

Skills:

• SharePoint backend development & administration (SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online)
• PowerShell scripting
• Software engineering fundamentals
• Workflow and form troubleshooting (SharePoint Designer / InfoPath / custom solutions)
• C# development
• JavaScript (JS)
• Testing / QA background

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors.
