Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions using company systems and CRM software.
Collaborate with recruiters and internal team members to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales objectives.
Stay informed about company services, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Previous sales, retail, customer service, or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and CRM software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
