  • SuitePad GmbH

Job Description

Responsibilities

As our  SDR , you’ll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and go-to-market engine from the ground up. You’ll be the first touchpoint with prospective customers, driving outbound efforts, qualifying inbound leads, and working closely with leadership to refine messaging and strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, directly influence our U.S. sales approach, and scale into a full-cycle  Account Executive (closing) role.

What You’ll Do
  • Own top-of-funnel sales development efforts in the U.S. hospitality market.
  • Identify and research target accounts within hotels, resorts, and hospitality management groups.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the founding account executive and CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-gen and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Work closely with leadership to test, refine, and scale repeatable sales playbooks.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing based on customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, positive, and collaborative sales culture.

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally within a startup or growth-stage company.
  • Prior experience selling into  enterprise hotel chains and individual hotels throughout the U.S. is a plus
  • You’re a self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts — you want to help build, not just execute.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Driven by goals, numbers, and continuous improvement.
  • Curious, coachable, and hungry for growth — especially into a closing role.

You can expect from us

We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry. Our platform empowers hotels, resorts, and hospitality operators to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue through intuitive, cloud-based solutions. After establishing strong traction in international markets, we’re expanding into the U.S. and seeking one of our first U.S.-based sales hires.

What We Offer

  • Ground-floor opportunity with massive growth potential.
  • Clear path to Account Executive role
  • Work directly with the founding team and contribute to company strategy.
  • Competitive salary + commission.
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment.
  • Influence a product that’s shaping the future of hospitality.

Sounds exciting?

If you’re excited to build something from the ground up, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real impact in the hospitality world, we’d love to hear from you.

About us

As a Berlin start-up, we redefined the way hotels connect with guests. In the hotel room of the future, you’ll find guest directory, telephone, remote control, newspapers, and room service menu, all united on a single device: the SuitePad.

Use the SuitePad to make your stay just that much more special – order breakfast to your bed, make a restaurant reservation, book spa treatments, control lights and AC, or explore tourist activities around town. It’s all here on the SuitePad, at the touch of a finger.
