Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Outpatient Pain Clinic

PayRate: $42 to $47 per hour (negotiable)

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the nursing and clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient pain management clinic. This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with team supervision , ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and compliance with all clinical protocols.

• Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff
• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Assist providers with procedures as needed
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
• Implement and uphold clinic policies and best practices
• Serve as a point of contact for clinical issues and escalations

• Active RN license in NY
• 3 5+ years of RN experience , preferably in OR, Med-Surg, or procedural settings
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience in outpatient or procedural settings preferred
• Excellent communication and team management abilities

• Outpatient, clinic-based setting
• Predictable, scheduled procedures
• No inpatient care, overnight shifts, ER, or trauma
