Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Pump Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pumping systems and related controls. This role supports municipal, industrial, and wastewater facilities and requires strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial pump systems including split case, submersible, bearing frame, and other centrifugal pumps and motors

- Perform repair of fresh water and wastewater pumping equipment

- Diagnose and repair electrical systems involving high- and low-voltage AC/DC power, including single-phase and three-phase systems

- Service VFDs, PLCs, and pump control systems

- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and labor hours

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working on-site and in the field

Qualifications

- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial pumps and motors

- Working knowledge of electrical systems and motor controls

- Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, and pump control panels preferred

- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
