Majestic operates at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world experiences, and we’re scaling rapidly as we expand our national network of photobooths.
We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to ensure Majestic’s product ecosystem runs reliably, efficiently, and at a high standard.
This role sits at the center of our product function. You’ll coordinate across engineering, field operations, CX, sales, and external partners to ensure product initiatives move from concept to deployment smoothly.
You will lead product support operations, coordinate engineering workstreams, and drive execution across new product initiatives, feature releases, and operational improvements.
This is an ideal role for a systems-minded operator who enjoys bridging technical teams with real-world operations to deliver reliable, scalable products.

Our photobooths are physical products deployed in venues and events across the country. Each booth relies on a combination of hardware systems, software platforms, and operational workflows to function reliably in real-world environments.
This role connects engineering, product development, and field operations to ensure our booths perform consistently and our product initiatives move from concept to deployment smoothly.
If you enjoy solving complex operational puzzles and building systems that connect engineering to real-world execution, this role will be especially rewarding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Industrial Design, or a related field
or equivalent real-world experience.
