This is a Leadership Role

Requirements and Duties:

* Fire Systems Experience - A MUST
* Valid PLT License
* Prio Management/Leadership/Office Experience
* Knowledge of DMP & Digital Watchdog a plus. Tech, customer & sales support is a big piece.
* Solution oriented, conflict resolution
* Technical Support and assistance for installation, Service & Inspections, Design Teams (Project walk-throughs)
* Manage Vendor, Client, Customer Relations
* Purchasing
* Establish training/procedures
* Implementing and enforcing processes to increase efficiency and/or quality
* Implementing Service programs
* Hiring, interviewing, and on-boarding of new employees
* Conducting employee review processes
* Equipment/tool evaluation & documentation
* Fleet/Vehicle Management
* Review job costing and technician efficiencies

* Low voltage, fire alarm, security, cctv, access control installation experience
* NICET - Fire Alarm a plus
