Compensation: $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
Mentor practicum students and RBTs
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Master’s degree (required)
Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred
Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth
BCBA certification (required)
