If you'd like to join our growing team, please apply! This position is part time 2-3 days a week in the evenings from 5pm - 8pm with every other Saturday 9am - 6pm. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Operate the switchboard telephone system * Provide basic information for general inquiries * Assist the General Manager with clerical tasks * Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and employees * Process cash, check, and credit card payments * Handle customer complaints with integrity and direct them to the appropriate person * Must be reliable and a strong communicator

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
