Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mining/Mineral Processing/Mechanical and Electrical/Resource related majors.
  2. More than three years of work experience in overseas mining engineering/equipment/service market sales, marketing, project development and operation, design and research and development, engineering consulting, etc. Possess the ability to learn, promote and apply advanced technologies, identify and determine potential partners, and understand customer related business processes.
  3. Familiar with the mining engineering/equipment/service market, with preliminary market connections and customer relationship accumulation.
  4. Have a certain understanding of the mining, sorting, or sales industry of minerals, and those familiar with the engineering and equipment sales in the mineral sorting industry are preferred.
  5. Have a certain level of Chinese communication and reading ability, and be able to communicate and read in foreign languages such as English/Russian/French/Spanish/Portuguese; Priority will be given to those with overseas residency, study and life experience.
  6. Has affinity and execution ability, good oral and written communication skills, proactive, good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  7. High work enthusiasm, fighting spirit, and a good team. 1. Understand and track the construction of mineral processing projects and equipment market conditions in overseas regions, collect, organize and analyze potential market and customer information in designated overseas regions, and explore and promote the development of potential market projects.
  1. Resident overseas, promoting customer development, sales, project coordination, and after-sales support in this region.
  2. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships in overseas regions, including developing new customer connections and consolidating existing customer relationships.
  3. Execute company sales decisions, establish local organizations in responsible areas, build teams, and carry out daily operations and maintenance.
  4. Mobilize and organize relevant departments to promote target market projects in the region, including but not limited to: collecting basic information, conducting on-site research, formulating and executing sales strategies, developing pre-sales technical solutions, assisting in project initiation, organizing project bidding, contract negotiation, coordinating project delivery, acceptance, and after-sales service.
  5. Responsible for the search, development, daily coordination, communication, and management of overseas distribution channels, consultants/intermediaries, and local agents.
  6. According to the regional marketing plan, track the market projects within the scope of responsibility and achieve the sales targets required by the company.
  7. Lead other departments to be responsible for the preparation and organization of marketing promotion, exhibitions, advertising placement, and special market activities in this region.
  8. Timely collect accounts receivable according to regulations and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  9. Complete the improvement and continuous enhancement of the regional sales system within the scope of responsibility according to the company's division of labor.
  10. Complete other related tasks arranged by the company.
  11. Work location: Overseas - [Russia and Central Asia/Middle East region], the country and region will be determined through negotiation based on the applicant's experience.
