: Hiring Department Advanced Credit

• Serve as the first point of contact for the department
• Manage phone inquiries related to grades, payments, registration, and general program questions
• Monitor and respond to department email accounts
• Oversee the registration site and send applications to the Registrar for enrollment
• Manage adds/drops in MyView for Dual Enrollment, Advanced Credit, Launch, and Advanced Credit Online students
• Maintain department websites (umsl.edu/acp, umsl.edu/dep, umsl.edu/launch)
• Manage and update department databases (Excel)
• Process paper applications
• Distribute mass communications using mail merge and other communication tools/software

Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $14.80 - $17.50 hourly Grade: GGS-006 University Title: Office Support Assistant IV Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
