MIG Welder

Hiring an experienced MIG Welder in Jackson for 1st shift. Duties include assembling and welding steel, stainless, and aluminum, with focus on fit-up, tack welds, and final welds in production. Paying $23–$26/hour based on experience.

MIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Responsible for assembling and welding metal parts (steel, stainless, aluminum) with high accuracy. Focus on tack welds, fit-up, and final welding in a production setting.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication.
• Read and follow blueprints and work orders.
• Operate shop equipment (saws, drill press, grinders).
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare materials and complete required paperwork.

MIG Welder Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years welding/fabrication experience 
• MIG required; TIG preferred 
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Must have your own welding gloves, helmet and jacket.
