Job Description
This role focuses on production MIG welding in a manufacturing environment, working primarily on JLG baskets and A-frames. You use your MIG welding experience and ability to read blueprints or weld symbols to produce consistent, high-quality welds. You must be able to pass a horizontal MIG welding test and a written test, with the potential to begin in a laborer capacity if additional time is needed to reach the required welding standard.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility focused on production welding. You work on 3rd shift in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Daily work involves MIG welding, grinding, fabrication tasks, and reading blueprints in a shop setting with standard welding and measuring equipment. The role centers on repetitive production welding on components such as JLG baskets and A-frames, with clear procedures and performance expectations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.15/hr.
