Job Title: Medical Staffing Recruiter

Type: Full Time | Hybrid

Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 Base + Commission

About Us

We are a growing medical staffing agency placing qualified healthcare professionals including CNAs, LPNs and RNs with facilities across New York and beyond. We are expanding fast and looking for a driven and people focused Medical Staffing Recruiter to grow with us.

What You Will Do:

Recruiting

  • Review applications from Indeed and internal candidate database
  • Conduct phone screens to qualify CNAs, LPNs, RNs and allied health candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Match candidates to open positions with client facilities
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Candidate Management

  • Build genuine relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Guide candidates from application through first day on the job
  • Ensure candidates complete orientation and first assignment
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking

Client Coordination

  • Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients
  • Follow up on submissions and placement feedback
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to candidates
  • Ensure placements meet client expectations and retention goals

Administrative

  • Maintain recruiting database and records
  • Track open positions and fill rates
  • Follow established processes and checklists
  • Meet weekly recruiting targets and metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years recruiting experience preferred
  • Healthcare or medical staffing experience a strong plus
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Self motivated and results driven
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions at once
  • Bilingual a plus
