Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced  CBORD Administrator  for the  RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) . This position supports 7 hospital accounts in Northeast NJ. 

 

Schedule: Hybrid. Remote Work + Onsite Visits to 7 hospital locations monthly.  Note that in 2026, this position may be required to be onsite more often with these new accounts. #LI- Hybrid

 

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu system including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information.
  • Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance
  • Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary
  • Create and present training to food service teams on patient diets, modified textures, food allergies, etc. 
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on patient tray data and food production forecasting
  • Creates and analyzes patient dining reports on regular basis
  • Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital administration
  • Visits hospital locations at least monthly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field preferred
  • Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care or long term care experience in food service operations required. 
  • Working knowledge of CBORD strongly preferred
  • Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner

Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas
