Job Summary

As the Technical Security Innovations Manager within Global Security, you will work to provide innovative solutions across multiple products focusing initially on Video Analytics and Facial Recognition.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead lab testing and proof-of-concept evaluations for video analytics and facial recognition solutions, establishing rigorous acceptance criteria and documentation standards.
  • Prioritize use cases based on risk reduction, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with Global Security objectives.
  • Develop financial business cases, including ROI analysis and cost-benefit justifications, to support funding requests for new technologies.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Security Operations, Technology, business users and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operationalization of new solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, influencing decision-making and securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and innovation pipeline.
  • Document and communicate testing outcomes, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to leadership and stakeholders.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area 
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities 
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes 
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security, or related field.

     

  • Hands-on experience with video analytics, facial recognition, and lab testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build financial business cases and secure funding for new initiatives.
  • Strong partnership, communication, and executive influencing skills.
  • Experience working in highly regulated, global environments 

     

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
