We’re seeking a Food Service Director to lead a high-end dining program in an intimate setting. This role oversees a small, dedicated team and is responsible for delivering exceptional food and hospitality while maintaining strong financial performance. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, sharp financial acumen, and a focus on cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency. You’ll manage daily service, ensure consistency and quality, and drive client satisfaction through a personalized, high-touch dining experience.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
