Export Logistics Specialist

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 an hour

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Location: Hialeah, FL 33018 (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help us keep our international shipments moving smoothly. It is a great mix of teamwork, organization, and customer service. You will:

• Handle Shipping Papers: Prepare and check all the important paperwork (like Bills of Lading and customs forms) so our goods can travel safely overseas.

• Stay in Touch: Talk with shipping companies, clients, and agents around the world to give updates on where packages are.

• Track Shipments: Keep an eye on orders from the moment they leave until they arrive at their destination.

• Solve Problems: Step in and help fix any shipping delays or issues quickly to keep our customers happy.

• Find the Best Rates: Talk with carriers to get the best prices on shipping, helping us save money.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience working with exports, shipping paperwork, or supply chain logistics.

• Education: A High School Diploma or GED.

• Skills: You are great at multitasking, very organized, and comfortable using computers (especially Microsoft Excel ).

• Attitude: You enjoy helping clients, solving puzzles, and being part of a team.
