ReNEW Schools is seeking a dynamic, experienced Literacy Instructional Coach who can coach elementary teachers towards efficacy and excellence. You deeply understand pedagogical moves to improve teacher performance and faciltiate clear coaching visions, effective debriefs, and strong school-based professional development. Additionally, you demonstrate diagnostic fluency in student mastery and must be well-versed in early literacy, UFLI , Wit and Wisdom, LDOE Guidebooks, or be willing to learn our curriculum. The ideal Instructional Coach embodies ReNEW Schools’ mission of ensuring all PK-8th-grade students are academically and emotionally ready to access the full range of life choices that are the right of every child in New Orleans.
