Position Overview

Lower Merion area family is seeking an experienced live-in domestic couple to jointly manage housekeeping and household support responsibilities. The position includes a private carriage house apartment.

Seeking couple who take pride in their work, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and positivity. Both individuals should be proactive, dependable, and committed to maintaining a beautifully run home and property.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Full-charge housekeeping with exceptional attention to detail
• Cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and organizing
• Bed linens and general household organization
• Occasional meal preparation

Household & Exterior Support

Groundskeeping: lawn care, planting, and seasonal upkeep

• Maintain outdoor living areas, including patios, porches, and pool spaces
• Driving duties, errands, and service appointments
• Pet care and general household assistance

Qualifications

• Must apply as a couple who currently live and/or work together
• Previous experience working together in a private home or estate preferred
• Excellent, verifiable references for both individuals
• Fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and discreet
• Valid driver's license
