Job Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for the position of Data Entry & Document Handling Specialist  located in Tampa FL 33610 with $15.58/hour pay for a 12-month contract with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity. You will be entering the information into the database and pulling individual medical files from the storage box.  

Schedule : 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks) 

Dress Code:  Neat, professional attire suitable for warehouse/office work 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Enter medical data accurately (10,000 keystrokes/hour with 100% verified accuracy) 
  • Lift and carry document cartons (30–50 lbs) every 5–7 minutes 
  • Move boxes up to 20 feet between workstation and pallet 
  • Maintain proper organization of files before and after data entry 
  • Work 95% seated; 5% physical handling of documents 

What we're looking for:

  • No college degree required 
  • Fast and accurate typing skills 
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lb boxes repeatedly throughout the shift 
  • Reliable and focused on meeting productivity goals 
  • Willingness to wear protective, slip-resistant safety shoes (ASTM F2413-11 compliant)
