Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Jonesbororealtycompany is looking for a reliable and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems and maintaining the integrity of our databases. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
- Maintain and update databases with new or revised information
- Ensure data integrity and security by performing regular backups and audits
- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and management
- Communicate with team members and managers to resolve any data-related issues
- Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and protect sensitive information
- Keep track of all data entry activities and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
