• Concrete installation and finishing.
• Dirt work and site preparation.
• Crack sealing and seal coating.
• Parking lot striping and thermoplastic application.
• Demolition and cleanup.
• Operating hand tools and construction equipment.
• Following safety procedures on all job sites.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.

Qualifications:

• Pay Rate of $13-$15 /hr is based on skill set & experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
• An Engineering educational background is an asset.
• Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Show initiative and willingness to learn.
