Commercial Roofing Superintendent - Lead with One of California's Best! Responsibilities:
Partner with the Project Manager to address constructability issues and scope gaps during preconstruction.
Review scope, buyout, and schedule to ensure all project details are set up for success.
Understand the full project strategy including financials, scheduling, milestones, logistics, and inspections.
Lead daily field operations: safety, quality control, progress, and site cleanliness.
Update and maintain accurate project schedules that align with cost and time requirements.
Deliver on client expectations through clear communication and customer-focused leadership.
Foster strong subcontractor and vendor relationships through fairness and professionalism.
Manage punch list items to completion in a timely manner.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or Estimator or Project Manager
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Excellent leadership and people skills.
