Job Description

Salary: $180,000 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in C++ programming (personal or professional projects)
• Passion for C++ development
• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical expertise
• Proficient in both structural and object-oriented programming, including modern C++ design patterns, templates, and multithreading
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders across IT and business units
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, effectively managing and resolving issues
• Ability to identify critical production and client-facing challenges and prioritize them appropriately

• Develop and maintain applications within a C++ environment on both Windows and Linux platforms
• Enhance backend servers (C++) utilized for real-time trading applications
• Actively participate throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with QA and support teams to resolve challenges that emerge during development and testing
