- Hourly Rate: $30
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week
- Part Time: 24 hrs./3-day work week

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the owner and play a key role in the company's financial success
- Manage accounts payable and receivable - including vendor invoices, customer billing, and payments
- Process commissions and subcontractor payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, purchase orders, and vendor statements
- Track job costs, project budgets, and profitability across active projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end reporting, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with inventory, purchasing, and financial reconciliations
- Partner with the sales and installation teams to keep projects and financial records on track
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while providing excellent support to employees, customers, and vendors
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' proven work experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, AR/AP Specialist, Accounting Clerk, Office Manager, or similar role
- Able to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel plus mathematical and analytical skills (REQUIRED)
- Positive, communicative, and motivated to help grow the business
- Experience managing the full accounts payable and receivable cycle
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with commission tracking and subcontractor payments.
- Personal and professional judgment
- Understanding of bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a shifting reality
- Strong operational, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality & discretion
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration a big plus!
