This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling. We seek highly motivated team members. If you want an exciting career with unlimited growth opportunities Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days per week (25–35 hours per week) Work Schedule: We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends. Occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events.

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Weekends: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
• *Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property during the starting hours or on weekends. Other means of transportation will be required for this position.**

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Training provided, but familiarity with POS systems and food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
