Job Description

Diehl Collision of Washington is seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in Washington, PA. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality paint finishes on all types of vehicles. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
  • Apply paint using spray guns and ensure even, smooth finishes.
  • Mix paints and colors to match customer specifications accurately.
  • Inspect finished work for quality and make touch-ups as needed.
  • Maintain painting equipment and ensure the booth is clean and well-ventilated.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet customer deadlines and work orders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an automotive painter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to automotive painting.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle material lifts.
